MityCCD combines a number of key technologies that can be individually customized, or integrated with your proprietary technology, to create a custom solution that meets your requirements.  The figure below shows the electronics block diagram employed in the system.  As shown in the figure, several of the MityCCD components can be reused when integrating a new sensor or providing the necessary digital processing and I/O protocols necessary to meet your application needs.



Sensor Interface: We design all of our front-end analog electronics to be matched to your sensor in order to deliver a low noise signal to the acquisition subsystem.

Digital I/O subsystem: The acquisition subsystem consists of 16 bit ADC, USB and Ethernet communication interfaces, and the MityDSP CPU engine.  MityDSP is a CPU platform with an on-board DSP, FPGA, SDRAM, and FLASH.  If desired, users have the option to customize the on-board DSP software and FPGA firmware to support their proprietary processing algorithms and interface protocols.

Power Supply: The power supply system delivers all needed power to the sensor, TE cooler, analog and digital sections.

Vacuum Chamber (not shown): Vacuum sealed chamber and TE cooling technology is offered on select sensors.

Mechanical Housing (not shown):  A number of mechanical housings are available to meet a wide variety of applications.
